Section 86A
The commercial bank or financial institution should inform the bank
if any commercial bank or financial institution is in bankruptcy or liquidation according to the prevailing law or if such bank or financial institution is unable to pay any amount due or is significantly (materially) unable to fulfill any or all of its obligations. If unable, such commercial bank or financial institution shall inform the bank immediately within fifteen days.
